BEST Life's new Group Term Life plan for groups with 10 or more enrolling:
- Optional coverage includes Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Dependent and Supplemental Life benefits;
- Crticial Illness, Cancer Care, Daycare and Repatriation of Remains available;
- Seat Belt, Airbag and Accelerated Death benefits included;
- Individuals can increase coverage for themselves, or include insurance for their children;
- Guarantee issue amounts are based on total group volume; and
- 2-year rate guarantee and discounts are available for preferred industries.
- Currently available in AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, DC, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MD, MI, MS, ND, NE, NM, NV, OH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT and WY. Additional states pending approval.

This Group Term Life plan is also for groups with 2 or more enrolling in FL, LA, MO, MT, NC,OR, VA and WA.
- Optional AD&D, Dependent and Supplemental Life
- Individuals can increase coverage for themselves, or include insurance for their children
- Guarantee issue amounts are based on total group volume
- 2-year rate guarantee and discounts are available for preferred industries
- Voluntary policy available upon request
Essential Group Life also provides a Conversion privilege with or without evidence of insurability depending on how long the employee has been employed.

Voluntary Plans for 2 or more employees Enrolling
BEST Life Silver
This plan is BEST Life's new voluntary plan. A minimum of ten participants can enroll on a stand-alone basis or a minimum of 2 lives if purchased in conjunction with any other BEST Life plan. Employees can choose coverage in $10,000 increments up to five times their annual earnings to a maximum of $500,000.
Plan Highlights:
- For groups with 2 to 9 employess a minimum of 2 lives enrolled required;
- Groups with 10 or more employees enrolled require at least 25% participation;
- Guarantee issue based on age and group participation;
- Optional Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) benefit available for employees only;
- Seat Belt and Airbag benefit included with AD&D;
- Accelerated Death benefit included with basic coverage; and
- Supplemental Life available for employees and dependents who want to increase coverage.

This Group Term Life plan is designed for employer-contributory groups with 2 to 9 employees enrolling.
Plan Highlights:
- $15,000 guarantee issue for 2-4 lives;
- $25,000 guaranteed without Evidence of Insurability for groups with 5-9 enrolled;
- Additional amounts up to $100,000 available with Evidence of Insurability;
- Optional Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) benefit available for employees only; and
- Supplemental Life available for employees and dependents.
