3. Generous guarantee issue amounts for all eligible employees
4. Employee not required to be insured in order to cover other family members
5. Flexibility to cover the employee, spouse, children and grandchildren
6. Premiums are guaranteed for the life of the policy
7. Policy is portable should the employee leave his/her employer
8. Optional Riders include Children's Term Rider, Accidental Death Benefit, Payor Waiver of Premium and a Level Term Rider
