Large Group Dental Quoting Requirements

The following requirements are necessary to quote large dental groups:

  • Minimum one year’s premium, claims and employee enrollment history by month; two years preferred. All RFQs without claims AND employee enrollment history will be declined.

We use this information to estimate the claim cost per employee. The time to quote your proposal can be reduced by making sure this information is complete.
