Passport Voluntary & Portable Group Life BEST
FLEX Group Life & AD&D Coverage BEST Essential Group LifeThis affordable stand-alone plan provides coverage for groups with 10 or more participants. If your clients are looking for the maximum amount of coverage for their dollar, Group Term Life is the best way to go.
BEST Essential Group Life pays directly to beneficiaries, offers individuals the option to increase coverage for themselves, or include insurance for their children. Guarantee issue amounts are based on total group volume. Conversion privilege to individual policy available, without evidence of insurability if individual has been continuously employed for five years.* 100% participation for non-contributory groups and 75% participation for contributory groups.

Passport Voluntary & Portable Group LifeThis plan is completely voluntary - and employees can take it with them when they change jobs! A minimum of ten participants can enroll on a stand-alone basis or with any of our other products. Premiums are automatically deducted from paychecks. Coverage for children and spouses is also available.
For employees under age 60, Passport also has a guaranteed minimum issue of $50,000 - with no medical questions asked! Choose coverage in $10,000 increments up to five times your annual earnings, up to a maximum of $300,000. Passport Portable and Voluntary Life are available in AL, AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, and WY.
BEST FLEX Group Life & AD&D CoverageIf you already have a BEST Life plan, you can add our Flex Life plan and pay no additional administration fees! There are no ineligible industries, no enrollment fees and depending on your group size, up to $30,000 of coverage may be available without any additional health information. Minimum group size as an add-on policy is two; ten group members are required for a stand-alone plan.
